What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations 30 days or more before the trip: 50% of the tour cost is charged. Within 0–30 days: 100% is charged. Refunds, when due, are processed within 10 business days. Weather or government restrictions may cancel an activity; an alternate is offered when possible, with no cash refund for that activity.

Is rafting always included?

Rafting is listed on the Bangalore package. It still depends on water level and the day’s slot. If it cannot run, the operator tries an alternate activity — that is not a cash refund.
